Rosary at 7:40 and Mass at 8PM till 8:20. And the rest of your day will be blessed. If you are free, join us for a few mornings and see. Fr. Paul

GRADUATION PHOTOS

St. Alphonsus School would like to update the  graduation photos on their wall. If anyone has any Gr. 8 school graduation photos earlier than the 1971-1972 school year, Su Musclow would like to borrow them to have copied.  She would take very good care of them and return them after copying them for their "Grad Gallery" wall at the school.

RCIA – Becoming a Catholic Christian

It’s that time of year to consider those around you who might benefit from a warm welcome into our community. A neighbour or friend or family member might just be waiting for you to be interested enough in their spiritual wellbeing to invite them into our faith community. They may be non-baptized or baptized in another faith or even baptized in our faith but not completed the Sacraments of Confirmation & Eucharist. Our RCIA program is second to none. It’s always the personal invitation that makes all the difference. Go ahead. Be an instrument for God’s good work. The program will begin Tuesday evening, September 30th. If interested please call the office at 745-8623 ext. 21.

HAVE  YOU NOTICED?

On May 28, after two frost-warning days, we planted the Prayer Garden & most of the church perimeter gardens. Dolly Bolger, Marilyn Cerveny, Bobbi Seabrook, Jack Pruner, Adrian Vanden Enden and myself gathered about 9:15 a.m. and, armed with rough diagrams & many young plants, had the planting completed by 1:30 p.m.

The recent weather has not encouraged the best blooms, but the gardens are still lovely. Take a little walk around them. Say a little prayer & they will become even more beautiful! Keith Foster
